The initiator
of the petition published documentation about occurrences, which
are based without doubt on analog mechanisms, which were once
identified by the scientific historical research as major causes
of the formation of the worst humanitarian catastrophe.
These
mechanisms are
as well as
antisemitic behaviors.
At
instigation of the culprits was and is still tried to prevent the
documentation of the author by means which certainly cannot be
agreed to any constitutional justification.
As well,
PayPal has set the donation buttons on the documentation
pages of the author at the instigation of the offenders out of
operation.
Considering
the burdened German history we should have noticed, that financial
institutions repeatedly have been harnessed with a sickening
partiality through blocking accounts and similar actions, in order
to undermine systematically interests from victims of
aryanization.
The German
banks nowadays view these former occurrences throughout as darkest
epoch of their corporate history which disregarded any ethical
values and for which they feel abysmal shame today.
PayPal
seems to have a different ethical perspective and to consider a
repetition of these practices as quite adequate measures to
support protective aid for evildoers, more than 70 years after the
worst humanitarian catastrophe and the related reprehensible
patterns of activity of the perpetrators. Obviously PayPal
feels itself as executor against bearers of the Star of David to
thwart their claim of the perception of fundamental human rights
such as Article 19 UDHR, Article 10 ECHR
and Article 5 of the German Basic Law.
The applied
measures to prevent the documentation as well as the the docile
complicity of PayPal have without doubt analogies to those
antisemitic occurrences which cannot be hidden to us as major
causes of the worst disaster of the mankind.
With
this exposed partiality, due to blockage of donation calls, PayPal
shows against the world public opinion, that it doesn't
own the required
ethical,
moral and intellectual maturity, in order to be suitable as key
player for future payment systems.

Please
sign my petition that the disregard of freedom of expression and
freedom of information as well as the perception of responsibility
will no longer be abused by judicial authorities through advanced
reasons and as a farce of a commitment to democracy, the rule of
law and the liberal democratic basic order will be served. The
disregard of these principles leads at some point inevitably to an
irreversible sinister development – which we should have learned
from our history and consequently have drawn conclusions from it.
No democracy can survive without unrestricted freedom of
expression and freedom of information. Only with freedom of
expression and freedom of information can be established a culture
of error management in order to be able to detect such sinister
developments at an early stage to prevent such developments.
