	Please sign my petition, thus the guiding principle 'Never again' is getting a real meaning!
	The initiator of the petition published documentation about occurrences, which are based without doubt on analog mechanisms, which were once identified by the scientific historical research as major causes of the formation of the worst humanitarian catastrophe. These mechanisms are Bullying, Ostracism and Abuse of Confidence. At instigation of the culprits was and is still tried to prevent the documentation of the author by means which certainly cannot be agreed to any constitutional justification. The applied measures to prevent the documentation have without doubt analogies to those occurrences which cannot be hidden to us as major causes of the worst disaster of the mankind.
	Deletion and blocking of documentation contents follows without doubt the same intention and motivation as the burning of books in the past.
	The attempt of discrediting the author of the documentation with false accusations and the attempt to bring him into closed psychiatric establishments is based without doubt on the same motivation and intention where once victims were fed to their deportation and their final extermination.
	The attempt of causing performance restrictions of involved third party partners such as service providers or collection providers, are without doubt based on the same motivation and intention where victims once were oppressed and humiliated through aryanization as well as by denying of their rights.
	The enforced silence about them inflicted suffering, are tantamount to a second martyrdom of the victims and is undoubtedly based on the same motivation and intention to belittle the suffering of victims and to sweep the evil of perpetrators under the carpet.

	Message to readers Please sign my petition that the disregard of freedom of expression and freedom of information as well as the perception of responsibility will no longer be abused by judicial authorities through advanced reasons and as a farce of a commitment to democracy, the rule of law and the liberal democratic basic order will be served. The disregard of these principles leads at some point inevitably to an irreversible sinister development – which we should have learned from our history and consequently have drawn conclusions from it. No democracy can survive without unrestricted freedom of expression and freedom of information. Only with freedom of expression and freedom of information can be established a culture of error management in order to be able to detect such sinister developments at an early stage to prevent such developments. 	Bitte unterzeichnen Sie die Petition, damit der Leitsatz 'Niemals wieder' eine reale Bedeutung bekommt!
	Vom Verfasser der Petition wurden Dokumentationen zu Vorgängen publiziert, die zweifelsohne auf Analogien beruhen, welche einst von der wissenschaftlichen Geschichtsforschung als maßgebliche Ursachen des Entstehens der schlimmsten Menschheitskatastrophe identifiziert wurden. Diese Mechanismen sind Mobbing, Ausgrenzung und Vertrauensmissbrauch. Auf Betreiben der Übeltäter wird und wurde mit Mitteln, welchen sicherlich jegliche rechtsstaatliche Rechtfertigung vermissen lassen, versucht die Dokumentationen des Verfassers zu unterbinden. Die angewandten Maßnahmen zur Unterbindung der Dokumentation weisen zweifelsohne Analogien zu jenen Vorgängen auf, die uns als Ursache der schlimmsten Menschheitskatastrophe nicht verborgen geblieben sein können.
	Löschung und Blockierung von Dokumentationsinhalten hat zweifelsohne eine, mit Bücherverbrennung, identische Intention und Motivation.
	Dem Versuch den Verfasser der Dokumentation mit falschen Anschuldigungen zu diskreditieren und in geschlossene psychiatrische Einrichtungen einweisen zu lassen, liegt zweifelsohne die gleiche Motivation und Intention zugrunde mit der einst Opfer der Deportation mit finalen Vernichtung zugeführt wurden.
	Dem Versuch Drittbeteiligte wie Provider, Dienstleister für Kollekten zu Leistungseinschränkungen gegenüber dem Dokumentationsverfasser zu veranlassen, liegt zweifelsohne die gleiche Motivation und Intention zugrunde, mit der einst Opfer entrechtet und durch Arisierung enteignet wurde.
	Die Nötigung zum Stillschweigen über ihnen widerfahrenes Leid, kommt einem zweiten Martyrium der Opfer gleich und beruht zweifelsohne auf der gleichen Motivation und Intention das Leid von Opfern zu bagatellisieren und Missetaten der Tätern unter den Teppich zu kehren.

The undersigned requesting also for the omission of any measures, such as deletion, blocking or other measures to prevent access to published posts, which may not be reconciled to the compatibility with the human right of freedom of expression. Such measures contradict to the democratic self-conception and the principles of rule of law and leaves an impression of ignoring historical lessons or to endeavor to disable the liberal order. Further requesting the undersigned the omission of any opportunistic reasoning, such as the alleged protection of personal rights, for enabling the unlawful restriction of the fundamental right of freedom of expression. A limitation regarding to the personal honor is articulated only in the German Basic Law. This restriction stating clearly that this restriction only for personal defamation should be applied and therefore with no circumstances for functionaries within enterprises, institutions, organizations, associations, clubs, offices, authorities, parties or other groupings which are inherently exposed to an increased public perception interest. Such kind of allegedly limitations lacking any basis until right then, if underlying grievances will be addressed through opinion. Even more the undersigned requesting that different views regarding an applicability of limitations of basic human rights has to be accepted by decisions of the European Court of Human Rights and not by measures of self-administered justice, as it will undoubtedly embody by deletion, blocking or other access elimination.
